NOTE: Please note that the WebDAV client that comes with some configurations of Windows XP contains bugs that prevent it from working correctly. In such cases, you should first ensure all Windows Update system patches have been applied and the computer rebooted. If you are still unable to connect using the Microsoft tools, you should try to connect with an alternative WebDAV client. In all cases reported by users of Microsoft’s built-in WebDAV client so far, the problem has been resolved with updates, or by using a more reliable, dedicated WebDAV client application.
