The recommended settings for retrieving mail from your CPD mail account are as follows:

Inbound Mail (POP3)

This is recommended for the majority of users, and involves collecting the mail to your local machine and removing it from our servers. The settings are:

Server Type: POP3
Server Name: mail.cpd.co.uk
Server Port: 995
Connection security: SSL/TLS
Authentication method: Normal password
Login/Password: as provided

Outbound mail (SMTP)

Server Type: SMTP
Server Name: mail.cpd.co.uk
Server Port: 587
Connection security: SSL/TLS
Authentication method: Normal password
Login/Password: as provided
