CPD’s Mobile App facility provides Commercial Estate Agents with a searchable property database skinned to the specification of each subscribing company, therefore providing each subscribing Agent with their own branded App for their clients to download.

The app provides the subscribing Estate agent with the contact details of who uses the app and what they search for, therefore providing acquisition opportunities as well as brownie points with clients when they are told that their properties are being marketed to mobile devices.

All the user has to do, once they have downloaded the app, is to open the app, register, select their search criteria and matching properties will appear over a map on their Iphone. The subscribing agent will receive an email informing them of properties that are of interest to the user and where more information is required by the user..

At present we are offering our Iphone app, that also runs on the Ipad. We will be launching Android, Windows and Blackberry apps over the next few months.
