Your own branded Iphone app with a Commercial Property search facility.
CPD (Commercial Property Database) are able to provide your company with your own branded iPhone App. The App will provide a searchable property database for your clients and applicants to download. The App will, if you wish, provide users with access to PDF details of your properties. Also provide you with the contact details of each user of the app together with which PDF’s they viewed. If required, the App can provide acquisition opportunities.
Your App certainly will impress clients when they are told that their properties are being marketed to mobile devices.
The user, having downloaded your App, will open the app, select their search criteria and matching properties will appear over a map on their Iphone, with access to download PDF’s of your company’s properties, where available. On first use of the App, prior to being able to view details relating to any property, the user will have to register their Name, Telephone Number and Email Address. You as the agent will receive an email notification with the users contact details and of the property PDF’s they viewed or registered an interest in.
If you opt for the following facility – Where the user finds properties on your App that you are not instructed on, the user will not be provided with the details of the instructed agent and will need to select the option to Register Interest in order for you to provide them with more information. You will then receive an email notification of the interest and a link to the instructed agents contact details and where available the pdf relating to the property.
We have a number of agents with Apps available in the App Store and would suggest that you have a look at the Apps we have produced for Stuart Melzack or Davis Coffer Lyons. You can find either of these Apps by visiting the App Store and searching by the names given.
Please however remember that when searching these Apps are ‘live’ and will send the agents email notification of properties you view within the App.
Please be aware the agents mentioned above are based in or around London, however we can provide Apps to agents anywhere in the UK.
Using the App is self explanatory. Once you are running the App you can start searching for properties. You will see that you can search Location being “Current Location” or “Pick A Location”.

What we need to complete your branded iPhone app:
1. Your Logo 3 sizes- 57 x 57 pixels, 114 x 114 pixels, 320 x 480 pixels.
2. Choose: A. if you want only your own properties displayed or B. all live properties.
3. Choose which property types you want your app to display. Choose just one several or all of the types. Choices are Office,Serviced Office,Shops,Industrial Warehousing,Business Units,Restaurant/Takeaway,Pubs,Leisure,Retail Warehousing,Showrooms,Motor .Related,Mixed/Commercial,Medical,Studio/Gallery,Arts/Crafts,Live/Work Unit,Education,Storage,Land/Site,Hall/Misc,Garden Centers
4. Choose a search timeframe 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
5. About us content: A short introduction to your company (View will also show your company logo).
6. Contact us content: Your main contact email address, Website url, Phone number, Address, Twitter/Facebook (if you have one).
7. App store content: Short text describing your app.
8. Register Interest email address (email messages from clients who registered interest in a property will come here).
9. Register Client details (client registration details go here).
10. Alternate email address.
